Talisman Hotel
The Talisman is a charming, luxury hotel situated in the ancient walled city of Damascus. This old palace is built in a quiet side street, in the old Jewish quarter and the family who owned it were well known to various dignitaries including Richard & Isabel Burton.
It has been restored in the most authentic traditions of an Arab house. Each of the seventeen rooms and suites has a unique layout and beautiful decor. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, and most meals are taken around this pool.
